Pygmalion and the statue
Pygmalion was a sculptor, never married, for he saw flaws in all the women who pursued him. One day, Pygmalion carved the most beautiful woman out of ivory, and fell in love with her, convinced that she was real. On the festival of Venus, he prayed to her to make his statue lover real, so that he may marry her and spend the rest of his life with her. The goddess granted his wish, and when he kissed her good night, she became real. [link] . Okay, there are a lot of images in this, so bear with me, haha, I just want to make sure that everyone's beautiful stock is credited! Were just a million little Gods causing rain storms turning every good thing to rust.
With my lightning bolts a glowing,
I can see where I am going to be-
-when the Reaper, he reaches and touches my hand.
Did you like the story?

I was damned by the light comin'
all over as she
spoke with a voice that,
disrupted the sky.
